I have a 'sun room' i would like to update so i can utilise more effectively. this will involve levelling the floor which currently has tiles, so a new floor over the existing floor, extending one part of the room and relocating the stairs. including a sun roof and i imagine that the side walls would have to be replaced. i need to have a builder look at this job and give me some suggestions and ideas and costs.
