We are looking to do the following:
1.) Replace 4 timber windows with double hung uPVC or powder coated aluminum double glazing, with fly screen. This would include building out a full size (floor length) bay + double glazed bay window.
2.) Replace a number of weatherboards.
3.) Replace the front picket fence.
4.) Replace the timber roller door frame and front of garage frame in a weatherboard garage.
5.) Sand back and repaint (not sprayed) the house and garage. Paint the new fence
