3 bedroom and living room and dining area (most / almost all of the walls need plastering). ALso repainting.
Also require new carpets to be quoted and put; Also roof inspection and repairs quoting for insurance and then doing the work once the quote is accepted
(Basically the whole has been damaged by tenants and needs a full quote for all works and once accepted needs to be done).
