1- supply and install 1x new hard wood tread and paint
2- supply and install new section of bottom rail and balustrades to
section of hand rail
3- supply and install 100 x 100 f17 hard wood post and paint that
supports stairs and deck
4 - Plate beam with steel to reinforce balustrade at front of deck
floor joists on front deck spaced to far apart and showing some
signs of wear, also it appears to have been recycled.
5- remove decking and replace joists with new f17 hardwood joists
to specification
6- supply and install new decking
7- align/ level/straighten stair case
8- remove rubbish and dump
