Hi,
I need the following done for foundation for a music room. Need someone is willing to work on finer points (eg. silicone seal on top plate, bottom plate above and under stud) and go the extra mile to help as the finer points are important to the overall result.
- Install 74mm metal stud track and stud frame on neoprene rubber
- Install 70mm 45mm Timber ceiling joists
- Modify existing door opening and install single 40mm solid core door. Door to have 4.5mm Lead Flashing and MDF each side and door seals
- Install window jambs and possibly similar doors in window frame.
May also request some plastering depending on budget.
