already planned. will need to relocate stud wall in new position, move some plumbing, strip existing and totally refit, flooe and wall tiles etc.
major element are relocation of stud wall and plumbing in of new wc. will be require to diamond drill for outlet throught existig first floor conctrete slab estimated at 250mm thick.
