I am looking to bid on a property that is being auctioned on 24 October and I am wanting to get a building inspection done prior to this date. Apart from information about any structural issues that result from the inspection, I would also like some preliminary advice as to the viability and cost of doing some immediate renovations to the property. These would include installation of a ducted heating system, renovation of the bathroom and kitchen and the building of a self-contained bungalow in the backyard.
