Need to knock down a load bearing to gain access to the backyard
ANH requested 3 quotes from Builders in Altona Meadows
1) Please advise of the costs associated with this job, including from permits to building the new framework, HOWEVER NOT THE AESTHETICS side as we want to do this ourselves.
2) also house is on concrete stumps, does that get factored in at all? and how much do you think?
3) Also, we want to knock load bearing inside the house to open the kitchen to the loungeroom, how much would that cost?
4) would it be more worthwhile for both wall to be knocked down at the same time o save on costs?
House is not big, simple 3 bedrooms.
