We are looking at purchasing a 3 acre (approx) vacant block of land near or around Jimboomba (QLD) in the Logan shire. We would like to build a main house (450 sq meters) and two smaller houses of 250 sq meters each for the grandparents. We currently need someone to advise us on the Jimboomba/Logan zoning rules and allowable building designs in order to achieve our goal of having our entire family living on the same piece of land, but in 3 seperate large dwellings.
