New build to lock-up stage

I'm planning a knock-down rebuild in Blackburn South early next year. Proposed demolition is January 2016. I've got full plans drawn up with all associated engineering documents to a stage that I can obtain a building permit (I'm just waiting until closer to build time to make the application). The site does not require a planning permit. Required dispensation regarding walls on boundary have been granted by council. Materials for the build are all contained in the plans which I will supply for quoting purposes. The house is double story, brick veneer downstairs, shadowclad upstairs. I'm interested in having the house built to lock-up stage with fit-out to be done as owner builder.

I recently engaged Pepper Constructions to quote a build for me to lock-up stage. Their attention to detail and service was very good. I'm still at a stage where our finance is under consideration, so am undecided on whether we will employ them, however their service to date would be something I'd be happy to recommend.
