We require a new verandah/carport built that will have a new peaked roof. roof is to be tiled with terracotta tiles to look like part of the house. the verandah columns will also be rendered afterwards to look like the house. verandah to have efficient guttering etc as a previous rain storm left it damaged due to the amount of water it was holding.
side verandah to be replace with colorbond or such products & to be plastered to be used as a small alfresco area.
