New Childcare centre building contruction

I am looking for Builder to build a new state of Art Childcare centre. Total land area 4000sqm, build area approx 1300sqm. Submitting the application to council sometime soon and it may take 60 days to get it approved. Concept and Floor design ready. Engineering & detailed working drawings will be ready in 6 weeks’ time. I am expecting the construction to start somewhere in September’15.
Previous experience in childcare centre will be preferred but not necessary.
