Build a new Garage W:9 x D:7 x H:2.4 (60m2 is the limit), I have plans, I require quotations on the following, excavating, plumbing, electrical, retaining wall, fencing, concrete, build garage.
Scope of works:
- Dig and remove dirt roughly about 200mm depth (from the agreed ground level) and some areas will be higher
- Prepare/Peg out the boundaries
- Retaining wall at the back fence line ready for hardwood fencing
- Concrete from existing driveway to the Garage
- Concrete slab from the south/east and to the west side backyard fence line
