New hardwood deck built front and back
Tanya requested 3 quotes from Builders in Wynnum
Plans Drawn, engineered (including footings) and certified. All structural Hardwood Timber and decking ordered and will be ready onsite.
Back deck will utilise existing stair (will not need to be moved, only built around). The back deck will be approx 10m x 3.8m and have a skillion colorbond roof. The whole structure has been designed to be independent of the existing house. the deck will be approx 2.1m from ground level.
The front deck is approx 4m x 2.5m and is un-roofed. The front deck requires a new hardwood stair to be constructed. the front deck is approx 2.4 from ground level.
As said this is a quote for labour only, all materials including will be supplied.
