I need an independent inspection on a construction of new house. It is build by a reputed builder (Eden Brae) and I need professional independent inspection on key stages (as listed below). Feel free to suggest changes / amendments to the stages or scope of inspections. The construction will commence in May. To that end, I will be looking to select qualified inspector with track record.
