  1 – front portico
rectify the water discharge from the roof above the front portico to ensure the flow from
the gutter is directed in the direction of flow on the roof tiles.
rectify the staining to the plasterboard ceiling in the study and then repair and paint all
consequential damage to the nearest breakable line.

2 - front door
replace the front door and stain the new door to match existing.

3 - driveway/garage floor
supply and fit an aluminium transition plate across the junction of the concrete floor of
the garage and the exposed aggregate paving in the driveway to cover the exposed plain
concrete in front of the garage door.

4 - front elevation raked soffit
rectify the exposed nail fixings and rectify the splits in the exposed timber rafters,
complete the exposed underside of the soffit to the right hand side of the front door and
then stain the repairs to match existing.

5 - front portico lights
remove and refit the lights on each side of the front portico to ensure they are on the
same level and in accordance with the plans and specifications.
it may be required to also supply and fit a cover plate behind the lights to cover any
damage that may exist to the render behind the light fittings.

6- garage
rectify the hole in the perpend to the left hand side of the garage door opening.

7 - garage door
remove the paint runs and spots on the garage door with a suitable solvent cleaner.

8 - master bedroom
rectify the cracks in the skirting in the master bedroom and paint the skirting to the
nearest breakable line.

9 - plasterboard walls
rectify the holes in the plasterboard adjacent to the light switch in the ensuite bathroom,
adjacent to the general power outlet in the master bedroom, and adjacent to the tv plate
in the tv room and then repair and paint all consequential damage to the nearest
breakable line.

10 - bathroom
supply and fit a stainless steel or chrome cover plate behind the water outlet over the
bath to cover the hole and chipped tile adjacent to the water outlet.

11 - front crossover
pressure clean the concrete crossover to remove the paint spillage on the concrete
surface.

12 - electrical meter box
paint the electrical meter box in accordance with the plans and specifications.
