New extension to rear and side of home comprising of new living area, kitchen (shell only), bedroom and ensuite. House is weatherboard californian with 10ft ceilings. House on flat land with good front access and rear access via lane. Home has already had some restumping on concrete posts with good access underneath.
Dependant of project costs, additional scoping for new timber framed with w/b to match home at rear also.
Planning permits has been granted already and open to works being undertaken in the next few months. Plenty of parking in the area for trade /construction vehicles.
