1. convert the small bedroom and the toilet+bathroom next to it into an ensuite, that would require taking out part of the wall of existing toilet, sealing the wall in existing hallway(moving the door of living room further together while sealing the wall), taking out the door of existing toilet(this would be used as the door of new bathroom in the garage),
changing the direction of toilet(taking out the wall between toilet and bath to make it a bigger bathroom, so no seperate toilet here and seal the wall between toilet and walk in robe), replacing bath(if we can find one that fits), and take out the wall of shower(on your right when you walk into the bathroom, move the light switches out), tile from floor to ceiling.
2.add a second bathroom in the garage, we need to open up the wall in laundry(move light switches) and put the door that we take out from existing toilet there. build the wall inside garage to put in toilet, vanity and shower over bath(or just shower), then tile from floor to ceiling. Might need to seal the ceiling and install lights/power points too.
