I am forming a small syndicate to develop and build (6-12 unit size blocks) medium priced town houses in mid western suburbs of sydney.
finance is in order and as most of the units will be transferred at cost to the investors there will be no pre-sale problems in regard to finance.
i am looking for a builder who can become involved from the planning and da stage to completion hopefully on a continuing basis. as depending on the success of the first venture i have an ongoing groiup of investors.
