Outdoor weatherboard garage (half of it) needs converting into a spare room

Delia requested 3 quotes from Builders in Brighton

Currently we have a large weatherboard garage in our backyard. It is 7 yrs old & well built.
THE JOB: We'd like to split the garage in two - one half would be the old 'shed' and the other half to be a new 'rumpus room'. This would involve lots of internal work on the new rumpus room:
- putting up an internal wall to divide the 2 rooms
- insulating & plastering the walls and ceiling of new rumpus room
- putting in electrical outlets & halogen down lights in the rumpus room
- putting in new corner bi-fold doors so the rumpus room opens onto the backyard.
You must be an experienced builder who has done this type of project before.
