Hello, I am looking for an approximate quote to partially remove part of a house. We are looking to build a duplex on the back of my parent’s property but there is no access to the backyard at the moment due to an extension that was built on some 20 years ago. It is roughly a 5x6 metre room on a concrete slab. The job would require removing the extension and the slab then fixing the side of the house back to its original state.
