free standing structure over existing concrete slab. Basic timber upright posts (4 to 6) the footings have already been dug and filled in with crush rock to retain. Timber frame with colour bond roof, no walls required. Please quote colour bond roof seperately. Basic electrical work to be included, for example, wire into house, lights for outside patio.
