House is double story and looking for the roofing of the alfresco to be attached and gabled with tiles to fit existing structure in terms of pitch and configuration. Under roof size with brick columns for roof supports and timber decking for the approximate size of 6mts x 5mts. Timber deck to be merbau or similar hardwood to be 100mm planks or similar. Under roof lining to be plaster with lighting and fan set up and height consistent with internal construction. Is a level site with existing ground approx 200mm from internal floor exist.
