Wanted plan and permits for 3 townhouses on 737sqm land, with an existing weatherboard house. But it has 2 x E1 easements along the back side and driveway side. Just 1km away from Clayton train station, and close to shops and amenities. One of local architect only quote for 2 townhouse, but I think the site may have some potential to have three. such as a big one at the front plus another duplex at the back. may keep side easement as back yard, and shift the drive way to the other side of block.
