Domestic renovation: we have recently employed a structural engineer to plan and specify structural supporting beams to allow the removal of several internal walls. these plans will need to be submitted for approval to the council and the work carried out. there is the opportunity for additional renovation work including the installation of two french-doors, kitchen and bathroom but this will be managed separately.
