Plans drafted for rear extension of single storey house

Our house already has a rear extension (used as a living area). we would like to further extend by approx 2 metres and change the roofline on the rear extension so that clerestory windows can be installed at the rear (the roofline on the rear extension is currently flat). we would also like to make an opening in a load bearing wall that is between the kitchen and the rear extension. we have a builder in mind but would like plans drafted to be able to obtain building quotes. please note budget is a guesstimate only and we would like to discuss once scope of work is determined.
