The colourbond garage is located on a corner block with a double sided gate and large parking apron access, making the garage very accessible from the street and with a good amount of room to work around.
I want to partially convert the shed into a living area in a way that also allows me to continue to use the shed for general storage and as a safe place to park my motorbike.
The idea that I have in mind would essentially see the shed dived into a few separate areas through the construction of internal walls which would also need to be insulated (inc sound insulation).
Currently the garage is wired with a power board, two roller doors & one window.
