Self-made plans available, approximate extension size 8.0 x 6.5 meters on flat ground.
Would like a builder to handle approval, fine tune plans, etc.
We would like a quote to extend the house by adding a new dlu garage + ensuite in front of the existing dlu garage, and moving the existing garage door, extend roof-line etc.
Existing garage to be converted to new office as well as new master bedroom + wir, connecting to newly built ensuite (new plumbing running under the extension, instead of existing slab), plus extra storage.
Several new internal walls constructed, and built-ins, ensuite, elec, plastering etc, as well as some small driveway modification to suit the new location of the garage door.
Ressesed position with long sweeping driveway, so plenty of room in front.
