House lower storey has external fibro sheeting(possibly asbestos) and internal pannel sheeting that require removal and replacement. New frames may be required. 1 (possibly 2) sliding doors to be installed and window to be installed in laundry.
Additionally we would like to add internal walls to close off laundry/bathroom and storage/study area underneath the house.
Note that underneath of house is not legal building height, so area will not be classed as habitable.
