I have had this project on the go for a while now and had a few ridiculous quotes from builders whom must think I am rich.
I would like a 7.5 x 3.5 Rear Garage Built using same brick as house and tin roof. Roller door front and back and Toilet/Shower in the Garage.
Adjoinging onto the garage roof will be a gable entertaining area roof of approx 6 x 6 - once again with a tin roof.
I have designer plans and engineered slab drawings - as the slab has to built up to the same height as the house slab.
My plans have not been approved by a certifier nore council.
I want a professional and realistic builder to give me a price no more then $45,000 to complete the job - which involves dealing with Certifiers.
If you are ready to move - so am I. My "Goal" woudl be to have this completed by mid September - the sooner the better.
I expect that a professional can see that this job is not difficult - but may be a little more difficuit than a Stratco Shed and Entertaining Cover - which would cost me under $15,000 installed on the slab. I dont want a Stratco - and I want what I have designed.
If you are serious about doing the job - come and sign a fixed price contract with me for $45,000 and if it ends up costing less - more profit for you.
I need to meet someone ASAP to do the job as the builder I had organised just fell off a ladder which is unfortunate.
I am the best and most flexible person to work with/for - but pls don't treat me like a rich idiot based on the suburb I live in. I am sure that I have a larger mortgage than you!!!.
