Rebuild external pergola on Northern and Western sides of house to the same design as the original. Replace existing laser light sheeting over North-facing door mounted to pergola. Paint all timber before construction (new colour, to be advised) including painting of cut ends. All existing electrical wiring to be removed and re-installed/replaced (two lights and one sensor). Add laser light sheeting over West-facing door on/above Pergola. Removal and disposal of all waste to be included (post footing brackets to be retained, however). All joins to be batten screwed. All timber slats to be screwed down, not nailed. All fittings to be galvanised. Note: the East-facing pergola section is not to be included in this quote. If your quote does not mention all of the above please clarify the reason for your change or your quote will be rejected.
