The cladded brick balcony in our 200 yr old builders cottage is breaking away from the main house as if sinking. and we want to put an entry hall in underneath the house (the house is currently on stumps at the front)we are built on a hill. and we also want 1 bedroom and a toilet, sink. a split lvl stair case cut into the existing entry hall upstairs. and to build in the current front door. also put in a front door downstairs.
