I am after a builder that can complete the following tasks:
1) removal of a brick load bearing wall approximately 2400x 2600;
2) install load bearing beam;
3) plaster of wall;
4) reuse of bricks to patch up 1-2 extra holes approximately 500 x 500;
5) fire rating and plastering;
all of the above must be completed with accordance with the engineering plans.
council permit has been obtained and will require 2 inspections:
1) after installation of load bearing beam;
2) completion of all other work.
inspections for quotes must be performed after business hours, on the weekend or during business hours on monday 17th november. monday 17th of november is the quotes deadline.
please ensure that if quoting there is availability for the work to be completed within the next 2-4 weeks.
