I have an internal wall in a single story old 2 bedroom. Have been advised by builder friends it is load bearing.
I require this wall removed to create open plan space. Dry Wall is alreeady removed, and no electrics etc to consider.
Need to support exist joists and insert new beam to support ceiling weight.
Job would include procurement of beam
