My husband and I believe that the existing home would be better replaced than renovated. We would like to put in a 4 bedroom home that is stylish but not expensive and we are open to ideas. It will have to be a two storey home as there is only a 10 metre frontage on the block. I am thinking open plan kitchen upstairs with deck off the kitchen and hardwood floors. We are flexible and want to take advantage of the builders experience in what would be best suited and cost effective. As we have never done anything like this before we are uncertain what kind of time frame this would take. The house is currently vacant but if it is going to be a long time planning we would put a tenant in until the work was ready to commence.
