Job 1: Remove a section of brick wall

1a) Install temporary props to underside of ceiling to support load of roof structure while removing wall section
1b) Cut out and remove a section of the double brick wall between kitchen/dining area. There is already an opening between the two areas, the job is to make it larger. Finished opening to be approx 2m wide and 2.8m high
1c) Install beams across the new opening (approx 2m) to provide additional support to the roof
Job 2: Replace a window

2a) Remove existing kitchen window
b) Brick up the bottom of window opening with 2 courses
c) Remove 3-4 courses of bricks from top of window opening, and install a lintel (770mm wide) to support the brickwork
c) Install new timber window, which is 1200x770mm - I will supply it)
