Hi there, my wife and i are starting the second phase of our home renovations and now taking bids for the following jobs:
1. removal of weatherboard cladding over the entire house, installation of insulative bats in the walls as there is currently little to no insulation in the exterior walls, and finally the installation of psuedo-weatherboard (concrete fibre for example) product that is pre-painted to go back over the whole house.
2. removal of old insulation from the roof, clean up roof cavity (including possible structural improvements), and replacement of old insulation with new insulation.
3. replacement of the window sets at the front of the house (front two bedrooms) with new, double glazed windows.
