Renovate a previous flat roof extention

I want to put in new windows/door and lift the roof height of a flat roofed extension which spans the width of the back of the house and is split into 2 rooms. The extension was a pergola (I think) that was covered in and done very badly. Although I say below that I'm ready to start, I need to get ideas on price first. If I can't afford everything to be done then at the very least I want the windows replaced as the current ones are fixed and do not open.
