I have a highset 3 bedroom queenslander built in 1994 . it's a kit home . the upper storey is western red cedar . the lower storey is open , it's half concreted and half not , and it's half bricked in and half open . there are shs stumps but some are a bit rusty now .
plan a is i need to relevel the house and put new stumps in and then concrete in between the stumps . plus a new deck .
plan b is that i get the whole lower storey bricked in & concreted downstairs and relevel the house while that's being done . plus a new deck .
