Renovating rear section of my house, I require skirts & arcs replaced, 5 doors hung (with handles, 1 with locks), 4 windows replaced and there is an exterior crack in wall I need addressed. There is also large decking area to be done, front fence and carport after completion of stage 1.

Frank was professional and very quick in replying to the request. I had the price within a week but it was over the top expensive. I got 4 quotes and Franks was almost double the other 3. Franks quote was 18K and the other 3 were between 9.5K & 10.5K. Massive difference when 2 of them had added work that Frank had not quoted
