We are considering raising and renovating our home and would like to know what it would cost. downstairs would need new slab, walls, new flooring, kitchen,laundry etc. upstairs we would like to reconfigure to create another room, create a bigger bathroom, storage cupboards. possibility of also a deck but that depends on budget for house first. we require someone who can look after everything from start to finish - plans, permits and building if it is possible. home is roughly 40 - 50 years old. thank you.
