I am looking for a registered building with VBA. I have drawn up my own plans for a renovation, although I might need to obtain professional plans for a building permit. If you can provide advice and assistance on obtaining building permit (if required). I can send plans for you to look at. I want to remove wall in kitchen to make it bigger, ( intend on installing IKEA kitchen). Demolish the current bathroom. Increase size of laundry by removing wall and installing new wall. Remove internal hot water unit from laundry. Increase size of bathroom by removing internal walls and then building a new bathroom. Also remove wall between 2 bedrooms to make larger bedroom. Install wall in living room to make bedroom.
