I need a builder who can buy and install three steel beams to support the struts in a roof of a heritage property. i will do the dirty , nontechnical work of bringing down the walls and getting rid of the waste myself in order to save money.this will reate a open plan living area. going from three rooms to one room at the rear of the property.
a new room created with timber and giprock to be used as bathroom. all electrical and all plumbing. new ceiling.
area where three wals are taken down to become open plan living. all eletrical and walls ready to be painted, new basic ceiling put in.
30 metres squared of cement slab put down at rear of property. i will dig to save money.
laundry to be built at rear of property in either timber or recycled brick from walls. all plumbing and electrical to be done for laundry.
rear colour bond roof to be put up over cement slab.
new batrhroom and open plan living area to be tiled.
i need a builder that is willing to get things done and leave the heavy, nontechnical work to me.
budget between 30g - 35g.
we have plans, survey and engineers plans. council will be ready to go in two weeks.
