two storey house needs cladding half zinc corrugation half blue board which will need to be rendered. the eave may need to be redone also.small part of the hardwood floor needs redoing (approx 2m x 2m)then the whole upper floor needs resanding and polished (approx 10m x 14m)
the toilet and bathroom needs reframing plumbing and tiling also a front door put in.also two front gates put in one is a powered sliding gate the other is a double door
