Repair leaking window with glass from floor to ceiling. Window is large corner style window south-facing and with glass above (similar to a bay window) and leaks on heavy rains. Over tine the timber frame has started to rot & needs repair. Unable to find source of leak, but the timber is damp & rotting on the inside as well as the outside.
