Replace (1970's) wooden facias on outside of 4 level home with colourbond

House has 4 levels with 1970's style wood panels that i want replaced with something more modern and lighter colour (bhp colourbond). wooden panels are located mainly by windows but also as triangular shapes on side of house. would be good to replace thermal insulation behind panels (mainly silvered paper) whilst doing the job as well. perhaps around 50 square metres of area to do all up.
subject to quality and cost of work i may also ask for similar panelling to be installed elsewhere
