Replace existing balastrade and handrail on balcony

I have an existing balcony on a townhouse that has non standard (AS) balustrade and handrail. I want these replaced to AS standard. Balcony is made up of extended floor joists, spacing approx 600mm. I would like to have posts, bolt connected to every 2nd joist for rigidity. In fill balustrades to be fixed with timber screws. Timber to be painted to match existing and overall project look similar to others (body corporate). Balcony is elevated.
