Require a Builder to extend to an extising federation home. DA is approved and I have all contruction and engineering drawings.
Work is basically to push the back wall of the house out 2 meters and then build a very large pitched roof patio area. Work to be in keeping with Federation style home (e.g. fully tiled roof , brickwork etc) Total extended area about 70 sq metres.
Support Structure is Steel beams, steel posts and some LVL timber.
Main trades: chippy, conctrete slabs & footings, steelwork, bricklaying, teracotta roofing & electrical
