Recently purchased 3 storey townhouse (built 2002). have noticed marks on ceiling plaster of ground level (directly below shower recess) suggesting water leak. ceiling was opened up by builders (glenvill) who denied any structural problem or leak. however, we would like a registered building practitioner to inspect the area, before it is closed up and replastered just to be sure it's sound.
