I used Service Central to find our builder Nicholas Rowden of NJR Builders. Nick has just completed our renovation and we are delighted with the job. The demolition took longer then Nick expected, which was very inconvenient, however we understand that it was not Nick's fault. Nick works by himself so the process took longer then it otherwise might have done. We found Nick to be very honest, prompt, reliable and a good communicator. The other tradesmen he used were also pleasant to deal with. A couple of times we asked Nick to do things outside the scope of his quote and he was only too happy to do so. When he said he was going to do something, we could rely on him to ensure it was done. We are new to renovating but we think Nick has been cost effective without compromising the quality of the finished work. Overall I would use Nick again and recommend him to other people.
